Dalmatian Octopus Peka

Dalmatian Octopus Peka is a variation of a traditional Croatian dish –  peka. Peka is one of those indigenous dishes well known in all parts of Croatia. You can find it at family tables, but also in restaurants with traditional food

Basically, it is a super simple dish to prepare. It is made of one or several types of meat, with the addition of potatoes and spices. Everything is put in a clay or iron pan, covered with a large dome, and wooden embers are then placed on top of it. You can read more about peka on my previous blog post.

Dalmatian Octopus Peka is known for being made of octopus, with the addition of potatoes, vegetables and Mediterranean herbs. This time, instead of the traditional recipe, we decided to share the infographic with you.

I got this infographic from my colleagues from the portal www.sail-croatia.com

Sharing is caring!
